‘Stumpy Gold' is a another dwarf Banksia spinulosa but from a different sub-species to ‘Coastal Cushion' with broader leaves and flowers that are more fully gold. With taller flower spikes and more spreading habit, it's not as refined or bonsai-like as the more popular ‘Birthday Candles'. It's getting more into the territory of a banksia for multiple planting to knit together as a groundcover rather than as a single feature.
