Does anyone know where I can find Tamarix ?

Not sure where you are but there's an on-line source here (http://www.lambley.com.au/catalogue/tamarix_ramosissima). Also – although not the arid area weed that Tamarix aphylla is in Australia – this species cross-pollinates with it, is a severe weed in California and is also naturalising in central Australia. So not one for planting near natural areas in dry climates.
